Take a look at all that is going on in the world. The terrorism and theft. It leads one to believe, and know, that we are on the way to things that have been prophesied. There are those who believe it will be a visible mark, yet what could be more visible then people who are essentially following the way of the world. Oh, yes this chip thing is going to be the answer to all of the problems. Everyone will know whether you are part of the world system or not. I know this too, that 1)G-d told me about a dozen years ago that "the end of all things is at hand" and 2 a)we have turned a corner b)we are heading down the home stretch and c)the church needs to take an attitude as one laying prostrate before the soon coming King.

Throughout time, there have been good candidates for the mark of the beast.

Social Security numbers were one the the big ones. Credit cards were seen as a potential mark also.

The veri chip falls within this potential candidate list also.

Whatever the mark of the beast turns out to be, I am of the belief that I will have already been raptured (caught up in the clouds).

If, somehow, I were still here and alive during this time, I will reject the mark of the beast, as God has stated in his word that he will care for us during this time just as he cared for and provided for the Israelites during their 40 years wandering the desert.

whether its a chip or not remains to be seen. Regardless, the mark's existence as actual or non secular or the two for the guy can not help yet coach in the physique of techniques and how they handle others. Ever ask your self how those marked all of us is going to act in direction of nonmarked human beings, not to point others who do settle for it? No ask your self God says he will take His spirit out of the international earlier then. It is merely not observed. For them, it is not going to be some Mark of the Beast prolonged family individuals Ceilidh the two. it will be canines consume canines struggling with to the loss of existence for the scraps the antichrist tosses between them just to visual show unit hatred bloom. he could not "love" them. He loves himself on my own. they're going to hate believers much greater because of the fact we remind them of who they don't look to be. And now, by no ability would be. No prob. Revelation 29:4 says the mark of a Christian for the time of those cases would be a headless physique. could i'm getting a tat on my neck like under just to coach them God knew what they have been questioning all alongside? X ----- (decrease here according to Rev. 29:4) ----- X

I don't see what the VeriChip has to do with the Mark of the Beast.

However, I won't be having it implanted in me or any of my offspring, because it's ridiculous, invasive, and in my opinion violates personal freedom.

Yes I will reject it...if I am still here when that particular thing rolls around. And yes the verichip is probably a good idication of the type of technology that will be used. I will be thought of as normal becasue by then it will be quite commonplace.

Only until this last century have people been worried about the "mark of a beast" being a v-chip thingamadillweedmoo. If you ask someone 100 years ago what his or her idea of what the mark is, they would probably say tattoo's or beer.

I'd be hesitant to accept an implant even without the rantings of some superstitious zealot claiming to speak for 'god'.

Look through history--there have been dozens of cases where people thought something was 'the mark of the beast' or someone was 'the antichrist' only to have the thing (bar codes for example) be harmless, or the people (hitler) end up getting their asses handed to them.

we (humans) are allready putting such things into animals, livestock and pets so whats the difference if people get em, why are animals exempt from this tagging rule

ohh and we also brand cattle, would that be the mark of the beast for cows.

and i agree with the one guy about tattos, wouldent that be a mark. seeing as some people say our body is a temple, btu people have the right and free will to do what they want. heres a good question, if god wants us to live by his every word, why then do we have free will do go against those words?????

There is nothing to reject since the Book of Revelation is a fairy tale meant to scare a bunch of 2nd century Christians living in Asia Minor into giving more money to their local bishop and to stop listening to the other preachers that were teaching something a little different. There is no anti Christ, no beast to worry about, and no apocalypse to avoid.

Look for the movie "The President's Analyst" starring James Coburn. It ends with a plot by "TPC" (The Phone Company) to implant an always-on microchip phone in everyone's head at birth and assign them phone numbers instead of names!

Chips for people are stupid, like fingerprinting your kids in case they're ever kidnapped, like there's a warehouse full of stolen property somewhere with kids sitting on industrial shelving that the authorities are unable to return to their rightful parents because they don't have "serial numbers."

We have met the "Beast" and he is us!
