It would be good for you to lose a few pounds. What you need to do is make a lifestyle change in order to achieve more long term results. Start exercising and eating in moderation. But do not just eat in moderation, watch what you are eating also. Keep away from all those high fat, high salt and sugary foods. Eat more fibre..makes you feel fuller longer, and start drinking water in place of sugary drinks; like juices and soft drinks. Mind you..this will involve a good measure of self control, but after a while..it should become second nature..so good luck!

Fasting! I water-fasted on and off for 3 months and have lost 60 pounds. I also walk 3-5 miles a day on my treadmill at 3 miles an hour! Most of the weigth you lose at first will be water so when you eat do it lightly! Now, I eat once a day either 1 bowl of soup a can of water-based tuna, fruit or veggies! I have been eating under 1500 calories a day!

What I recommend is to get on a regular healthy eating diet and exercise about 30minutes a day. And about 3-5 days a week. Thats my workout schedule. I exercise with a tv program called Denise Austin Daily workout.Believe me I have seen a difference in my body tone over a period of time.
