I say girly and sporty. Purples, pinks, even light blue would look great! I had a friend who used gymnastics scrunchies and pinned them to her wall and it spelled out her name over her bed it was really cute!!!

I would put a theme as sporty chic not 2 boyish but make it girly lyk maybe make your paint with sparkles Good Luck :)
PS If you can buy paintings get Gymnatstic ones to make it look AWESOME!!!!!!
