What to do with Sugar in the Raw?

I have a large bag of sugar in the raw...what can I do with it? Besides put it in coffee and tea I mean.

Raw sugar huh? well, use it in things that don't require a smooth consistency while using it (example is fudge) however things that aren't looked at for their texture are brownies, cookies, sweet breads. and some other things.
