My parents are divorced and both are remarried, but my mom talks to me about court and says bad things about my step mom and my father, my mom always asks me why I don't want to go live wit her (I'm fine wit my father I have a wonderful life wit him) I feel like saying to her "shut the hell up, don't you get it, all you do is push me farther away from you.". What do I do? Advice please!

I would recommend you be very clear with her. You tell her how much you love her. But also tell her that you will not longer tolerate any negative talk about your father or your step-mom and that is the same rules in your father's house as well. If she tries to bring up court talk to you first try changing the subject if that fails to clue her in, then be very blunt, tell her you refuse to listen to adult talk about her and your father, that is best left up to the adults. Explain to her that you love both her and your father very much and you could never choose between them.

my parents are the same. my parents are also divorced both remarried. you need to talk to your and if it doesn't come like a normal conversation, it's gonna be tough. everytime she starts talking about your father say just "mom, stop. i don't need or want to hear it" i did it and yes she still does it but is much less than before.

Just like you just did! Stand up for yourself! You are old enough to know who you would rather be with and why! She has to hear it from you in order to realize that you don't like being around her for the reasons explained, she either gets over yourself! If she is remarried she should be happy with what she has and realize that she could lose it again if she doesn't change her ways and lose you as well!
Best of Luck!

I feel your pain my parents are contemplating divorce and I hate it when my das bad mouths my mom. I'm 23 years old, he does not need to consult with me about his marriage. I love them both and I just want them both to be happy. If they have to split up to gain happiness then so be it. I just am sick and tired of my Dad trying to put me in the middle as if he want me pick a side. Grow up man, if you need someone to talk to then see a marriage counselor, I have enough drama in my life as it is, I don't need to know the details of my parents shaky marriage.

Tell her you are tired of listening to her bad mouth your father and step-mom, and if she does not stop it, you are going to stop talking to her. She needs to grow up and let it go.

You definitely need to communicate your feelings to her. You seem pretty peaceful and people feel comfy opening up to you. Put your foot down and inform her of how your feel just make sure that you do it in a nice way!

YOU SHOULD TELL HER THAT because she won't stop until you stand up for your self and be a man. YOU can do it. Just let her know.
