I am looking for a site with pictures of birthday cakes for my little girl she is turning 1 yr and she loves Mickey mouse and i was wanting some ideas for her cake do u have any good sites or pictures to help me choose a theme for her cake? she loves the show on disney the mickey mouse club or something to do with mickey mouse or minnie any of them please help me her bday is in 2 weeks.

Go to Wal-Mart and look at their disney cakes. She'll LOVE anything you choose for her. Just make sure to get 2 cakes...one for the guests and one just for her! Good luck.

If you look for a picture of Mickey and the gang then take it into your local bakery they should be able to create that picture on the cake. I don't think you need to have a picture of a cake just one of Mickey Mouse

If you live near a Michael's craft store, they should have some mickey and Minnie cake/cupcake decorations and even a pan shaped like the mouse. You can also check out wilton.com...they make all the cake pans and tips you see in the cake decoration isles of stores and supermarkets.
One recommendation, make a cake for the family and make a small cake or cupcake just for your daughter to play with...I used a small Pyrex dish to make my children;'s personal cake in and decorated it just the same as the big one...just in a smaller format.

First, go to your grocery store, if it is the baby's first birthday, you can usually get a small cake for her for free. Many of them have great designs for cakes too and are less expensive then those on the web. I got my daughters at Albertsons of blue's clues and it was adorable. You can always go with a picture of mickey and minnie too and they will put it on a cake for you.

Not sure where you live but this place in Anaheim called Amazing Cakes, hmmmmmmmmmmm it's the best place ever! My family and I have been purchasing cakes from there for years now, they do such a great job with them, the pictures are great and so is the taste!
It's on Magnolia and Orange, just take them a picture of what you want and they will create it for you, they are so great!

I would check out the Wilton cake decorating web sites. They are quite famous for their cool designs. They do sell cake pans in the shape of the Disney characters, all you have to do then is frost it. If your familiar on how to use a frosting bag and tips you can frost it using a sucession of connected dots. See the site.

When i made my sons first birthday cake i simply covered it in blue butter cream icing and put sprinkles all over the icing. My son loved the cake and trying to pick the sprinkles off the icing. To be honest for my sons birthday i never bothered doing a theme. I just decorated with balloons and my son loved that (though i had to be careful that he didn't pop them).

Most of the bakery's now a day have catalog of different cakes, you should visit a bakery near your house and see what they have to offer with the mickey theme.

You should go to your local grocery store bakery, that's where i get my kids cake and they have a catalog you can look thought and if you tell them it's your child's first b-day they will give you an extra little cake just for her (i used that for my daughter to play in and get all those cute messy mouth pictures)

u could make her a small cake and buty a mickey doll or somethin and put it on their. or u could buy a doll of ickey, minnie and all their friends (u kno donald goffy, pluto.) and arrange them in some funny scene on the cake. Its real cute- they didi it for my sisiter before with dora.
or u culd just get one with mickeys face, but u cant really write happy birthday on that.
