My "favorite" prayer, so to speak, is a wordless upwelling of thankfulness that can be expressed only in music or movement (dance).

Prayer is a personal conversation with God. To use a written or memorized prayer is an insult to God. Imagine that everytime you answered your phone the person on the other end said the same thing to you, ex.: "Hi, howya doin, nice weather isn't it? Well gotta go now, bye". Wouldn't that get on your nerves? What if she called a couple times each day?
That's what God hears when you call to him in prayer and recite. Speak to him as a friend, in a meaningful way, tell him your problems and share your joys and successes. That's what you do when you call a friend isn't it?

My widespread prayer is one that is own and from the middle of the guy asserting it. Matthew 6:7 says our prayers should not be those of repetition and that i think that maximum people who pray a similar issues back and back are no longer even conscious what they are asserting to God.

I pray naturally, as this is biblical. I do not memorize any prayers, because I feel that if the prayer is not sincere, God will not listen.

The Hail Holy Queen is my fave. If anyone cares, I posted it below.
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To you do we cry poor banished children of Eve. To you do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, O most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us and after this our exile show unto us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus. O clement! O loving! O sweet Virgin Mary! Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

"There is no god but Allah alone, without partner, to Him belong all sovereignty and glory, and He has power over all things."
That was the best of Mohammad "peace be upon him"and all Prophets "peace be upon them"before him sayings
