Why does my ball sak inflate and makes my pants look like a have a big one?

this is not a joke and i want a medical explanation, it seems like it happens alot more now then before

Sound like you have a hernia, and bowel is sliding into your scrotum. Time to see your doc.

it's time to go to the ER buddy. Like right now! You have a serious problem there. Probably a hernia.
