Ok, essentially this is whats up. Theres a girl *isn't there always?* we both liked eachother at one point, she technically isn't allowed to date, but we dated anyway, I was her first relationship, about 4 days into it she asked if we could be friends, because apparently I was too "clingy" (that's because I just got out of a really deep relationship a few weeks before all this) but I still really like her, and I'm worried she's just lost all interest in me, I gave her some space over break, and we havn't talked at all since break started, I'd like to get another chance with her, just so I can prove I'm not clingy to her. It was just the circumstances when we were dating. my ex was bugging me a lot during then. any advice?

You're not compatible. Let it be and find someone who likes your level of "cling" :-)

Isn't love sooo grand? Sometimes men are just as loving and sensitive as women. However, society doesn't say so... because they constantly like to live up with the stereotypes. This goes for both men and women and people of various ethnicities, races, disability, gender, and age.

But for once in your life... you have to start thinking... sometimes we develop mutual feelings for someone and can't get that particular person off our mind.

I suggest you start doing something to get busy. When that girl says she wants to be your friend. And you have tried doing things to signal that you like her more than a friend... and you're not getting anything in return... it's best that you start moving on.

Goodness... does it have to be this one girl?! Of course not.. find someone as beautiful as her!

Don't sell yourself short! Trust me.. you'll enjoy living the life most guys dream of... beautiful women!

honestly dude, if you messed it up 4days into it, i wouldn't get my hope up. if that is her first realtionship, how does she even know what clingy is? normally early in a relationship some clingyness is good. give her space and be honest with her, tell her how you feel and the circumstances, and go from there.

If she is going to turn you away during your hard times in the beginning, don't you think she will do the same down the road? Everyone is allowed their moment. Everyone has feelings. If their partner doesn't like it.. well, you know.

Talk to her and explain to her what you described on your post. It's called communicating and it is a very important key in any relationship.

Call her and ask her if she's interested in going on a date with you. If she says no, move on.
