I need a recipe for mac and cheese using extra sharp cheese

Hi

I just made some.

3 1/3 cup ronimac (american beauty)
1 can campbells chedder cheese soup
2 cups milk ( I use 2%)
1/2 stick of butter
8 oz of extra sharp chedder cheese
broken saltines or other cracker
pepper to taste


1 buttered baking dish

In saucepan combine soup, milk and butter. Heat and stir but turn off and remove from heat immediately upon light boil.

cook and drain your noodles (ronimac)

grate your cheese

after draining your ronimac put it back in the original pot add soup/milk mixture
stir in cheese

pour into buttered pan and top with the crushed crackers
bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Its my moms recipe. Its yummy.

Boil your noodles, then when they are done, start adding the cheese (it will mix easier if you grate it) and milk until you get the consistency and amount of cheese that you want. Don't add a ton of milk, it is just to make it creamy. Hope this helps.
