kyusho-jitsu by George Dillman claims to have pressure point knockouts in it's system & they do demos of this, but it's pretty staged, like a nightclub hypnosis act or something. Anyway I'm sure this is what you're looking for. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyusho_jitsu

Martial Arts Hand Techniques

Boxing. (Not usually considered a martial art but technically).

There are many disciplines which focus MORE on hand/upper body techniques (as opposed to kicking, I assume that's more or less what your looking for, not kicking and not grappling, just punching etc). Some style of Kung Fu are more hands based. Kenpo Karate often involves a lot of hand attacks and a little less kicking. Aikido of course is mostly about deflecting attacks in such a way as your defence BECOMES and attack and tends to be more upper body (I don't know if there are any kicks, but there are I believe some "trips" and "sweep"-type moves.

Ultimately the only martial art that is JUST hands is Boxing. Personally though, I call that more of a sport or game. It's practical application in real H2H combat is low.

I'm an Instructor and martial artist for over 30 years, and my answer to you would be most Japanese styles offer a pretty well rounded balance between the hands and feet. Shotokan,Kyokushin for example. American free style Karate would also be good as it is where most sport karate started in the 70's. you may also take a look at some of the mixed martial arts schools to see what styles they are combining. hope this helps you out

Many people think that martial arts means it has to come from East Asia. That is not true. For instance boxing is one form of martial arts that fits your description. One blow to the chin and the person hit is knocked out.

Aikido has holds, flips and punching. Steven Segal displays this form in his movies.

Why do you want to make someone pass out? Martial arts are not meant to teach harm to others. It is meant for mind, body and soul control of oneself and to protect oneself without harming others. I studied martial arts for years. What you want is not martial arts!

the martial that only used the hand techniques is karate. and if u want learn the ultimate hand techniques is the iron hand or the one finger iron. it may take you 10 to 15 year to the iron hand tech and the one finger tech 30 to 50 year to learn the one finger iron hand. the way u can learn the iron hand is that do at least 100 finger push up a day. after that buy 30 pound of bean and put in a big pot. u need to shove your hand in the pot a least 30 min to1 hour a day to get your hand strong. after u learn this u can kill your opponent in one hit, no matter how big they are.

Hapkido is ok... but you should know that some foot techniques are even more effective too. Jujitsu is also great, but is all rounder, that is not only hand technique.

there is none the fact that a fighting style is considered martial arts means you use your whole body ,even the grappling styles have kicks .but studying anatomy of the human body will tell you where to hit .to take some one out with one blow.
