Tell him/her the truth. It will be easy to remember and everyone can relate. We all need a "mental health" day when we just need to unwind from the world. Plus, saying the truth will show that you have good moral character and that you are an employee that can be trusted and counted on.

Your sick,a funeral, you have been bringing up blood and then say u have an ulcer doctors appt. a serious 1,visit a relative in the hospital just say your sick with a fever and vomiting.Get some pepper to make yourself sneeze and it also makes u sound sick cuz it flusters the nose.

*If you are a female... blame it on your monthly friend.
*Car wont start.. and its leaking oil.. your friend/mechanic cant get to it until later..
*family emergency and had to watch brother/sisters kids
*diarehha-cant leave the toilet for more that 10 min
*bladder infection...

call your boss an say i can not come in due to the family emercey. A very close family memeber of mine died, and they were so close to me that i would like to may a lot of reapect and go to his/ her funrel... so the fore i am not coming in Today.....
yes i tell my teacher that all the time. but i use family memebers that already dead because they can't say he never died. it woks trust me... me and my parents use that excuse...
