You should save your money and use it to go back to school to learn how to spell. "hidrolics" is spelled "hydraulics". If you went back to school. you could get a education so you can make money to buy a better car than a V-Dub and fix that one up the way you want.
As for bouncing it up and down....

the first thought that came to my mind upon reading this post was 1. WHY is college tuition fee is America ridiculously expensive? WHY do colleges need so much money? A college is NOT a company like Apple or Microsoft. My sister will graduate from her 4 years of university soon and the total coast of tuition pee paid during those 4 years....is OMG too much. the amount is almost as much as the U.S. national debt. 2. do colleges REALLY need a lot of money? 3. America is currently facing an economic crisis; it is predicted to be one of the worst ever in U.S. history. So unemployment is a rising issue, the economy is getting spoiled and there are more innocent citizens suffering beneath the poverty line. And i am NOT against the government but the federal government doesn't seem to be sorting it out well. I don't know that much about the ecnonomy, so I learned from my sister (she's a business / economics major) and i can tell that the nation, the economy and so on are all facing a crisis. Soo....i don't know but unless the government promises to like help the poor pay for college or something I strongly suggest that colleges DO NOT raise tuition fees. Otherwise...America will face an even worse educational crisis. Does the stuff I typed make sense? hope it does. And......the good news is that the expensive tuition fee paid to a great college was actually worth it since my sister got a great job 2 weeks before graduation.

The lights would look pretty cool. (im glad you are a chick). But as far as hydraulics on a bug goes. I dont think it is practical at all. I used to workin a shop for VW, and I can recall only one bug ever coming in with hydraulics on it. And it was pretty sad , all the work that had to go into it. It did not work that good either. The pumps and the extra batteries took up all the space in the trunk and the well in back of the rear seat. The added weight was just too much for the little car. But the lights are a good idea.

Aah the American education system at work. Nothing will get you laughed at quicker than neon lights. Except bad spelling. Save your money. As for Hydraulics. Don't be foolish. Your car will NOT work/drive with that crap on it. Leave well enough alone and go buy a 50 cent CD.

Here's the same answer i gave to your last attempt at the question.
"A lot. And it's spelled hydraulics and Volkswagen.
I don't know about aircooled Beetles, but i think the in-thing for newer VWs, including New Beetles are airbag suspensions. Those go roughly $2,000-5,000US. Neon lights can go from 20 bucks to several hundred dollars, depending on how many you put on, what brand, where ya put them, and if you do them yourself.
If you do them on a new beetle, don't be surprised if people make fun of you. However, if well done and part of a full makeover(as opposed to just sticking airbags and neon lights on a stock base-model beetle), I think it could look cool.
Your car, your money, I say. Just be sure that whatever you do is safe, well thought out, and well executed. "

the doc is right about your hydraulics... i don't think that would work either!!! but as for neon lights, you can buy them real cheap at auto-zone or any car supply shop.
you probably will need about $100 for a whole kit with a switch and all, but make sure you get something so you can turn them off while your driving. That way when 5.0. rolls up you can switch em off real quick and not get fined.
if you want your car to bounce up and down just get a one of your bigger friends to sit in the back and jump. that's the alternative to hydro's i can think of because i dont think that you will ever get hydro's on a bug...

what a woman question... hydro's on a bug umm yeah... wont really work unless you want that little german p.o.s. falling apart but really with the frame work of a bug there is no way to put hydro's on it with out messing up the chassy and breaking you neon lights lol... cute though... now for that type of car i would go with air bags lighter cheaper and easy on your car now your car wont bounce like you want it but it will lower and raise up but you will never catch air... i think you need to stop watch music videos though... why dont you just turn the bug into a rice rocket... put flame tips on it get it dropped exgust kit... and a turbo with nos and go from there thats the best thing...

Why live in the past? Don't you know that baggin is the way to go these days. Personally, it's not for me. I want my 66 and 70 sitting low to the ground but the 70 will be done with an adjustable front beam and repositioning the rear spring plates. The 66's ride height will be set during construction and adjustable from that point with coil over shocks but then again we are talking tube chassis, a arms in the front and ladder bars in the rear to keep the 9" rearend stuck to the ground during launch. But then again I am not looking to jump up and down like an imbisile in my car, I just want a nice stance and good handling in the corners (70) or on the 1/4 mile (66). I never see anyone putting hydros on their bug, only bags. Bags won't allow you to jump up and down which is apparently what you want to do?????? But they will allow you to adjust the height of your bug from dragging the ground to lift off at the push of a button. You can even have them installed with separate controls to each corner of the car so you can lift any corner you want and go down the road all crooked and ******** so everyone can laugh at you. It will cost alot if you do it yourself and alot more if you have it done but not as much hydraulics, they will cost alot lot more and you won't be able to do them yourself. Have you given any thought to the number of switches you want to run yet?
Oh, I almost forgot to address the "neons". What are you thinking??????
