I have this female college professor who keeps looking at me and she is very attractive! She sometimes drops a small hint of flirty behavior. Whenever I see her walking around campus... she ALWAYS waves hello with a smile and make small talk. Whenever I see her in class lectures... she always look my way and smiles. She doesn't do this to any other students because I have kept a sharp eye on her for 2 years! Plus she isn't married.

However, would it be out of my league to date a female college professor? Could this cost her to lose her job? Could this cost me to lose my college degree?

Or should I take her flirty signals as a way to have fun but still keep my distance because she needs to keep her job in order to live?

Dark Knight, you lucky SOB! You go for it. If she accepts, then it is her responsibility and concern about losing her job etc., not yours.

You won't lose your college degree...just your MAN card if you don't give it a shot. Now, go my young pupil...

heck u took so darn long u probably need to be a grad student in her field just to have that bit of one on one contact as near equal colleagues to make up for putting that opportunity on ice.
I however would have made the choice of not pursuing a relationship or sex if i was still in her class.A lot iof women r vindictive no matter the career or age.You coulld probably find out a negative zero grade exists If anything wait until she no longer has that power over u (although that's probably the turn on shes seeking anyway)!Pursue a friendship instead

For one I hope your not gay. You shoudl just go to her and ask her when she goes to lunch and see if you can join her and tal about it., Get to more about if she's intersted in you or not. And also a long as you do nothing on campus they college can't do nothing. SO keep it in yoru pants whenyour going to class and enjoy the show. And if she lives in a apt. by herself and if she's interested in your just think you can have a lover and a tutor at the same time. And get to ahve that hot p[iece of *** anything. So go up to her annd start talking and asking questions. Sure hope your not gay though and if you are tell her to IM me anytime.

I'd say wait until you get you degree before you take any action... it is definatly a rule that teachers+students relationships are BAD. Likely it would cost her job if you hooked up and people knew. Just wait, she'd wait for you. Let her know you're interested tho... and maybe make a friendship with her so you know if you even want to have a relationship with her. There's more to a girl than just how hot she is. Good luck!

If she's not your professor anymore I'd say go for it. Their shouldn't be anything morally or professionally wrong with it.

"Carpe diem!" baby! Seize the day!

...but make sure you're not getting the wrong signals because if you do... then you'll really get "screwed."

Is she out of your league?... probably not. I think men have a tendency to "sell themselves short." And that their fear of "not being in (her) league" hinders them from getting anywhere with women. In this case, she does not seem like she's out of your "league" but I don't know if DATING is the best idea. If what you think is true... you're her "boy toy" baby.. for realz.

Could it cost her to loose her job? Probably.

Could this cost you your degree? Probably not.

It's 2007 baby... make the best of it! :-)

...OR... you could be completely wrong and you will feel awkward around her for the rest of your school career

what to do...

.pEace.

According to the Bible, It's a sin to have sex with someone you're not married to. If neither of you are married, it's called fornication! If one is married - it's adultery.

Most colleges have rules that prohibit fraternizing between faculty and students. Don't jeopardize her position at the school.
