If God exists outside time and Jesus is God then Jesus exists outside time, why didn't Moses know this?

Numbers 23:19 can be used to prove Jesus divine nature (He didn't lie or change His mind).

Moses did understand God. So many non-believers fail to understand this. It is easy to pick the Bible apart if that is your only goal. Many literature professor, even atheists, regard it as a brilliant work, that is actually fairly well unified despite the diversity of the authors. Do you even care what people say?
