First of all, I think a vampire tattoo is a wonderful idea, very original.
I liked the person above who said to get a mosquito, for something different, you could do a personified vampire mosquito. Like half-human, half-mosquito.

How about a tattoo that looks like a drop of blood from the corner of your mouth.

Try looking at tattoo design sites. Bullseyetattoos.com is good. They can give you some ideas and you can explain them to the tattoo guy and have him draw something out for you.

You could have someone draw you a little fairylike vampire to be tattoo'd onto your shoulder an neck, and look like she is biting you.
