Is self-exorcism possible?

Just curious, is it possible for someone to self exorcise a demon/negative entity? Is there any records of this within any religious writings?

There's no such thing as "demons".

I do think it's an interesting question in the other sense, though. Do religions teach that you can "exorcise" yourself?

The power comes from God. Not other people or priests. God can remove any evil spirits if you sincerely ask Him.
