sorry. what should i do? where should i go? that's what i meant to type. it's a pinched nerve in my shoulder that sends pain down my arm...

If the pain is severe go see a Doctor...if not and you can handle it with some pain med's and some rest go see a Massage Therapist. They are great. They can make you feel really relaxed and take away all the tension. Remember if you are looking for a happy ending after the "massage"...there is places for that too!

A doctor's advise is the best. I had a pinched nerve on my back before and couldn't stand. A cortisone shot will give instant relief. Over the counter medications that could help are muscle relaxants and pain relievers. If you want natural healing, resting your shoulder for a week would really help ( no strenous efforts or sports activity).
