If you are financially independent and can take care of her and your own expenses and find favor with the family or can afford to live separately from them, at least for the time being, propose her and ask her hand in marriage and tell her all your positive aspects. If she brings up the topic of age, tell her that you are really not bothered about it but she has to make her own decisions and that you are sure that you will be apt to make a good spouse for her.

Remember Tendulkar is younger by 2 years.... Age no bar for true love. Most of the time, if your lady love is elder to you, she has better control over situations and can anticipate things for you better...
