Get up and first thing you have warm water before anything else.
Then a bowl of hot cereal. I usually use wheat germ. A banana. Half a glass of orange juice. One slice of toast with honey. Black coffee or white coffee, no sugar. I am done for the morning.
Around 11 o clock: an apple. Water. Around 1 have open face sandwitch.Water. Around 3 some snack, such as saltfree crackers with peanutbutter and raisin. More water. Around 7 have dinner, small portions. Milk, Water. Go for a walk. Water again. Watch some TV or read a book and retire to bed. Have some water before going to bed.
There..........I gave you whole routine instead of just brekky.
I do not know what it is to have cold or fever or headache in many years. I am not bragging. It is the honest truth. My height to weight is just right. BMI of 22. What overweight? not here.
I do have an exercise routine 3 or 4 per week in between my schedules. Smoke or Drinks? Never touched that stuff.

I eat a protein plus a fat (an egg with a slice of avocado, for example) and on some days I'll drink a glass of powdered flax seed in water. Hmm.. sounds kind of weird, but I can't tolerate carbs (like bread or grains) or sugars (fruit or juices).
