Count how many calories you eat in a normal day. That's right, wake up, and eat like you would normally eat and count the calories in everything you eat and everything you drink and keep track of it on a piece of paper or on the computer some where. You might be thinking to yourself, "yeah right, I'm not gonna sit around counting calories all day." Well, if you're thinking that, then you're obviously not dedicated enough to losing weight. If this is the case, then feel free to go waste your money on the newest useless weight loss pill. But, if you are dedicated enough to take 10 minutes out of your day and count the calories, then keep on reading.

At the end of that day, add up the number of calories you ate/drank. Be as exact as possible. Once you add it all up, you now have the total number of calories you consume daily. Also, weigh yourself.

Starting the day after you counted calories, eat 500 calories LESS then you normally do. So, lets pretend that the day you counted calories you counted 2000. For the rest of the week, you would eat 1500 calories a day. Understand? All you have to do is subtract 500 from the total number of calories you consume in a normal day, and eat this new number of calories every day for the next 7 days.

Instead of eating 3 big meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), or eating all day all the time, spread those calories out over 5 smaller meals. Eat one meal every 2 and a half to 3 hours. Doing this will speed up your metabolism.

-Excersicing a little bit. Do situps, pushups, running, jogging, speed walking.

DO NOT TAKE DIET PILLS. YOULL GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK.

Hope that helps. Have fun losing weight.

Find an activity that you enjoy doing. It doesn't have to be daily. Just anything that'll keep you busy for at least 30 mins. Start off easy, like 2 days a week and increase it at your own pace. You'll be surprised with the changes. Losing weight shouldn't be stressful. Stress is unhealthy. Crawl before you walk. No pressure.

The first thing is to find what works for you. Do something that when you tell people it makes you proud of who you are. i started running, and I always thought being a runner would be so cool. When I think about not exercising, I think about not being that person I always wanted to be.

As far as eating, you need to cut this or that out that's bad. When you do cook, make sure it's healthy - and good. Drink green tea. work on one thing per week. Cut out soda one week. Next week, cut out the night time snack. The next week, cut out something else. Think of it as a lifestyle change. Rome wasn't built in a day, and everything you try isn't going to work. Do what works for you, eat what you like. Don't try fad diets, just try to eat healthy.

And most importantly, make the commitment. If you fall off the wagon one day, get back on. If you don't exercise for three weeks, know that you're going to schedule that workout in your head for the next day. Just don't let it fall out of your head. Maybe everyday you can't be perfect, but you can try harder tomorrow.

The best tip I can give you is to educate yourself on clean eating, and to make sure you incorporate strenght training into your exercise routine. Also you need to realize that there are no short cuts or magic pills when it comes to weight loss. Only if you work harder than other people will you look better than them. Look around you.
