the country was recently formed out of austria.they decided to be on there own.they are looking for people to migrate into there country

I'm not sure I know that,I haven't heard about it and cant seem to find information on it.

A constitutional law that same year declared the country's "perpetual neutrality" as a condition for Soviet military withdrawal. Following the Soviet Union's collapse in 1991 and Austria's entry into the European Union in 1995, some Austrian's have called into question this neutrality. A prosperous, democratic country, Austria entered the European Monetary Union in 1999.

Yes, it was Hungary but it was not recently it was a result of WWI.
Before they formed the Austro-Hungarian Empire, catholic by the way.
