Velcro rollers hold your hair so there is no need for a cover but it also causes breakage because of the way it holds the hair

I've bought them at Sally's Beauty Supply, but I'm sure any beauty supply store would carry them. When I use them, I blow dry my hair until it's about halfway dry, then I section my hair into about 2 inch widths and just roll it onto the roller. You don't need any clips or anything, the velcro holds the roller in your hair. I spray a light misting of hairspray over my entire head once they're all in then just go about my business while my hair finishes drying. If I'm pressed for time I'll put the diffuser on the blow dryer and finish drying my hair myself. When you're hair is dry, remove the rollers and finish styling!

Any beauty supply store should have a huge variety of them if they're good Velcro rollers all you do is roll you hair up and they'll stick. If you hair is a little heavy you may need some bobby pins or clips.

a beauty supply that sells to public. I have sometimes seen them at walmart or target.

They are meant to put smooth body in dry hair. Dry your hair with product in it. Roll the hair in sections no wider or thicker than the roller - if hair is longer, secure with a bobby pin or roller clip.

Hit the rollers briefly with your hairdryer on low speed and leave in while you put makeup on and get dressed. (20-30 mins)

Take rollers out and shake or brush, then hit with a little spray.

I bought some at Walmart. They are great to use, no pins, but I have long hair and it was so easy to get a roller tangled and broke my hair. They might be ok if your hair is short.

I like the heated ones. I put them in before I start getting dressed and then take them out when I am ready to do hair and make up and it comes out great. I have two of them since I have really thick hair.
