Just eat cheese for the rest of the year and you'll be ok.

well it is actually very healthy to go to the toilet once or twice a day and one's poos should be rather soft, and never hard. However, clearly your bowel habits have changed and you are worried. Chocolate can make you much looser and also put on weight. I would go back to a normal diet, i.e. what you were eating before Christmas, and see whether everything goes back to normal. Give it three days, if not then make an appointment to see your doctor to check for irritable bowel syndrome. But I think that you are suffering from post-Christmas binge eatin gand drinking and when you get back to your normal diet then everything should go back to normal.

That sounds healthy to me! If you were eating and not going to the toilet THEN I would be worried for you! If you want to stop putting on weight then stop eating chocolate and drinking so much beer... Simple as that!

Chocolate contains a substance called sorbitol, when taken in large amounts can cause you to go to the toilet alot.

go to the doctor if you're that worried, but lots of people have that type of metabolism that means that after they eat a large meal, they have to let it all out. i wouldnt be too worried unless you're in pain, but go get it checked out in case.

I have a "friend" who is in the same boat. It might just be normal biological changes that come with age. But tell your doc anyway.
