I feel and hear my heartbeats esp. when I lie down or sit quietly. I mean my heart beats are strong. What can be my problem? Any ideas?

I have no other symtoms. My daily life is not affected. My tension and pulse are normal.

Lots of people hear their heartbeat when it is quiet - the condition is called pulsatile tinnitus. It is not necessarily a sign of anything wrong, but it can be caused by heart problems or artery hardening that increases the noise of blood flowing in arteries near the ear. Caffiene and medicines that constrict ateries also increases noise.
