I got into an accident just like that about 3 yrs ago. I'm still suffering to this day. Although the pain is not as bad as it was. I would see both a doctor & chiropractor. I had horrible headaches that made me deathly ill and almost had no days without pain for the first year and a half. I went to physical therapy where they would massage the muscles & do some sort of electrostimulation with heat. I also went to the chiropractor to get adjustments 3 times a week for the 1st year. I would not have thought that a fender bender like that would have cause me so much pain. But once those muscles in your neck are injured they become weak & it's a job for them to hold up your head all day. My shoulders are always tense & knotted. I try to get massages every so often. It also caused me to get a pinched nerve in my back and beleive me that causes a whole range of problems. You MUST seek treatment soon b/c if you don't your pain will get worse & worse. It's better to start your therapy now so you won't suffer so much. I know what your going through & I hope you have a good support system, b/c I had to miss a lot of family functions & time with my family b/c of the pain & headaches. I'm so sorry you'll have to endure that misery, but eventually it will get better. There will be sometimes when you feel like you'll never get better. But, with treatments you will, but I don't think you'll be 100% again. Good Luck.

This was done in poor taste my friend, have some respect for the dead, its wrong to kill, no matter how many he killed.
Please think about this before your next ....Whatever this is.
And as for your neck, maybe a little prozac and advil might help it.

I have been calling for a doctor, but no matter how loud I yell out my window, the neighbors ignore me!
