myproblem is if its notone dog starting a fight its the other either the 8yo wants to tear them apart for coming near her or the 1yo wantthem to play but they attackhim anyway, orthe 11/2yo is reacting to anything exiting and they just go at it.my dad says if we dont fix it soon(sso that everyone is miserable instead of just me) we'll hafto get rid of all 3 andi dont want any of them gone (ecspecially the 1yo hes mine).
are there any idea of how to stop them form figthing so much!?

Get them all spayed and neutered. Go through http://www.friendsofanimals.org to get this done affordably.
Consider crate training them so that you can control which dogs are out, and thus avoid the fights.
They may not have been properly introduced. The new dog, if you just threw it in with the rest, may be upsetting the "balance."
They are fighting for pack leader position. You need to establish the humans as the pack leaders. Teach them all basic obedience one on one. Look for aggressive signs, such as raised fur, staring down another dog, tail straight up, stiff body posture, etc. If you see these signs, intervene immediately. You need to stop the behavior before it starts.
Squirt bottles almost never work, if they are filled with water. You may have more luck using a squirt bottle of distilled white vinegar, but if these are "true" fights and not play, nothing you spray will deter the behavior.
I suggest walking the dogs together to get them used to working as a team. They are also probably bored, as JRT's are highly active dogs who need regular exercise and something to do. Take them out one on one and toss a ball for the one out to fetch and bring back, to give them individual attention.

Firs of all spay and neuter everybody. Second, take them all to obedience. Young and old. They need to learn who's alpha. And you're the one who needs to be the alpha. My dogs play fight and sometimes take things a little too far however they let each other know when it gets to that point. If I were to intervene they would immdeiately stop what they were doing and listen to me. (More so my Lab mix then my JRT though). JRTs are stubborn little things that as www.terrier.com states are "Guardians of the world". Good quote. They each are fighting for dominance.
Training training training. We have enough JRTs in rescue and shelters already. Talk your parents into taking the responsible route and not giving up on your family pets.
One more thing...NEVER EVER leave them alone together. Hopefully they all have crates?

The answer is actually easy, the doing it, is the hard part. You have to establish yourself as pack leader. First I suggest watching or getting the DVD from the Dog Whisperer. This will help alot. Your dogs are try to establish their place in the pack and none of them sounds like they want to be submissive. You must be the one to establish this and then all will be calm. First you must be sure they are walked together, if you cant do it alone get help. You want to give them enough exercise to get them in a calm state. After this when you are around let them be together, any sign of aggression must be quickly and firmly addressed by you. This is alot more than I can put on here. Please watch the show I suggested, visit the website and perhaps get the DVD. You will learn everything you need to know about getting your dogs in line. Something else, are your dogs neutered? That will cut down on the aggression too.

I deal with alot of JRT's and the biggest problem i see is not understanding the breed. I explain it by saying they are German Shepherds in Jack suits! High drive with the terrier attitude, so you need to be a strong leader and give them planty of excercise. Nothing in life is free method is the best approach.

keep your oldest one that always been in the house and train the one that is yours then find a nice home for it. l am sure if you really try, you will find a home.class mates, other family members, or run a ad in your local news paper. they may be doing their best to see who is the big boss. but then there is this problem with the dog that wanted to attack you. get rid of it if it is even yours. you must have used that bottle too much or some one did. bad. bad.

It sounds like they are working as a pack.unfortunatly you will need to get rid of one .Its best to think of the animals before yourself so if it was me I would try to find a home for one .I would find a home for the youngest one.The youngest one will have a better chance of a permanent home .I know its not exactly what you want to hear but those animals cant help themselfes only we can help them,They maynot work in a pack if there is only two and make sure ones male and one is a female .Good luck

If your dogs are not neutered, they should be. I don't have a Jack Russell, but I do have a terrier who is feisty, energetic, and always in motion....and he's neutered. I think you should check with a trainer for suggestions on how to deal with this problem. Also, a book on Jack Russell Terrier training might be quite helpful.

Are they all altered. Terriers are terriers. No one wants to admit Jack russel terriers are no different than pit bull terriers. just smaller.
Have you tried a squirt bottle when they fight. Often it will get a bigger reaction than you yelling or you getting bittn byu trying to stop it.
Added:
If the dog goes after you for any reason you have to let it go.

next time please take your time typing if you are not the best typer, its really hard to understand, esp. when you are asking for answers to a problem. - there are dog behaviorists. ask your vet about them and hire one or hire a dog trainer that will come to your house. also, you didnt add their sex. if they are all females that is a definate problem!
