Not wanting to sound overly harsh, but any 2 week diet will just be water loss which will have negative impacts on your body.
Try for a steady weight loss over several months including lifestyle changes. If it is such a concern to loose weight to look stunning for a party, why not every other day of the week?

Uhh eat no transfat. look at nutrition labels...
Jog everyday for an hour. walking/joggin
Drink no sodas, or anydrinks with calories, peopel take in extra 2000 claories a day drinking sodas/juice ect.. drink water or diets drinks.
follow this and youll slim up guraranteed,
remember cheating gets you nuthin! no ice cream! or candy!

you can do a crash diet but they are dangerous and you tend to put on more weight after the even, simply just get something you feel uterly stunning in go for something you think wouldnt suit you, or have alook at the trinny and susannah books they know alot about shape- also they Vic Beckham exra half inch is very good I got it for christmas and It tells you where to buy stuff and whats good for your particular shape!!

Get plenty of rest. Try to de-stress your body. An overworked/stressed body often looks old and worn out!!
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and avoid fatty foods. The fruits and vegetables will ensure that you are getting all your nutrients which will help your body (Skin, hair, etc...) look its best!...
Avoiding fatty foods will help prevent pimples and oil skin/hair.
Doing this will also help you slim down! .....
You can de-stress your body by exercising. Walking is great. It'll burn calories and it helps get rid of stress (believe it or not).
And most of all, drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.

start drinking loads and loads of icy water speeds up your metabolism when you sit sit up staright stomach tucked in shoulders straight stand up straight makes your tummy muscles work you r body will look slimmer works for me i love long slim fit dresses

you can run for 30 mins everyday...do neck stretches for 15 mins evryday...and only have fat free soup for dinner...eat fresh fruit and veggies, no fat at all, and have vitamin c evryday...im sure u would look stunning
