I've been doing several diets but each one i do it like for 2 days and then stop and i'm embaressed to go and consult a specalist what can i do?

One thing you may want to try is a diet that allows you at least one day or one meal per week where you can "cheat" (READ: Eat and/or drink anything you want, but don't gorge yourself). That way you wouldn't feel like you have to give up absolutely everything that you love.

Having said that, however, the key to losing weight and keeping it off is making permanent changes to your eating habits and exercise regimen. You won't reach your goals safely and maintain over the long-haul without diet and exercise. That requires you to invest time and effort in yourself, but hey, you're worth it, right? No one said it was going to be easy, but once you lose the weight and have the body that turns heads when you wear a bikini you can stand a little taller and strut a little more when you walk because YOU EARNED IT.

There is no shame in wanting to better yourself. I am going to my first "weight watchers" meeting tonight. Some of my friends have had great results with them. Good luck!
