I was suppose t meet this guy at a restraunt and due to the weather we never met...i tried to keep in touch with him but he never responded..now he is touch with me and wants to meet agian..do i go or not?

If you're interested, go ahead and meet him.
He might have been banging someone else right after things fell through with you. Now he's done with that Ho and is ready to try you out.

No. The weather part isn't relevant, but the fact that he didn't respond when you tried to contact him is telling. Don't waste your time on him.

Dude, weather is no excuse to ignore you, any guy that ignores me WILL feel my wrath.... make a date, stand him up (with an excuse), and ignore HIM... if he sticks with you after that, then make a date and go, if he stays, then he's good.
