i have shifted to another country where by the language is totaly diferent fom english and my mother tonge.
and i want to speed up my ways of learning this language, but on my side i cann't swing by myself; so i need a help from you.
can you give some good ways?

I think since English isn't your mother tongue, you are doing great with it. Sorry other people feel the need to point out that you aren't perfect. I wonder how many languages they know perfectly?

What ever you did to learn English seems like it would work to learn another new language. There are translation sites online to help you learn the vocabulary of this other language. Maybe you can find a local person who speaks English or you mother tongue to help you learn the local language.

Try using the words or phrases you are learing right away. Go to the store and try using the language, that will help your mind to remember it.

Sounds like you really need to continue studying English. You are terrible. I don't think you are capable of learning a new language at all.
