There is not really a way for them just to dissappear completely overnight....

Try salt and baking soda mixed with water to make a paste... it will burn a little....

Then try visine over it to take the redness away.

They don't go away overnight. It takes time. It's a bacterial infection. Once it's erupted into a pimple, it will take at least 3 days for it to go away.

Try using products that contain Salicylic Acid (instead of Benzoyl Peroxide which is in Proactive). Much easier on the skin and won't make your face all red and dry. Clean & Clear makes one that not only contains the Salicylic Acid, but is also a moisterizer.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer six times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Did u put toothpaste on them?
Or try honey on them.
Try washin face with antibacterial liquid soap, foam up and rinse with hot water to open pores and cold water to close pores, put aloe vera gel on next....pimples are history.
