Ok. befor you give up all your hopes on him you need to make shore that she feels the same way!! The next time you see her and you to are alone you need to sit her down and tell her how you feel then ask if she feels the same way!! Then if she does feel the same way then look deep into her eyes, put your hand on her cheack and go for a kiss. Trust me i am a 16 year old girl and I know how this works. Have fun!!
