Sounds like he loves you but too scared to make the commitment to say the words. OR if you pressured him for an answer, he said it to keep you around but get you off his back by saying that without saying the "L" word

When a guy tells you that,Know that he is running sentimentality cos of you.So if you wont mind it's cool for you to respect that fact and answer the inevitable call of nature by dancing to his tune of passionate music. For there is a saying that goes like this "when the desirable is not availble,the available becomes the desirable".cos u know some times we fail to know what to say to please you people (girls).So we end up saying things anyhow thinking it will please you! So be cool and use your prescription & Kidney.

not all guys r horndogs!!!!!! i mean okay there is a lot of stereotypical things that people say about guys in general!!!! but it depends on how his eyes say it!!!! if he says it with twinkles in his eyes then he really is in love with you( meaning if he looks at you straight in the eyes with so0o0o0 much passion) he really does love you!!! this happened to my friend with my cousin but she broke his heart because he bought her everything and showed her all of his love!!!
