Two people can weigh the same while one could be obese and the other could be muscular, yet, they will both have the same BMI. Get it? It is a misleading guidance of calculating fat. The only method to accurately determine fat is a body fat composition which will determine an accurate fat percentage.

You need to eat something girl!!! Below 18 is underweight. Below 15 is supermodel stupid lollypop girl thin and below 13 is a serious health problem.
