you need to co lots I mean lots of sit ups and crunches through out the day like in the morning do 50 later another 50 maybe another 50 eat a light dinner and do another 50 and do this daily and continue your other exercises and I grant you you will see a difference in your stomach, but you have got to do those sit up daily and it's up to you how many you want to do I've gotten up to 1500 a day and I do them all every day in sets though. And I've got the prettiest washboard flat stomach with two kids and I'm almost fifty years old that is.

You cannot lose weight ONLY in your stomach.
Spot Reduction Myth
Contrary to what the info commercials suggest, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Fat is lost throughout the body in a pattern dependent upon genetics, sex (hormones), and age. Overall body fat must be reduced to lose fat in any particular area. Although fat is lost or gained throughout the body, it seems the last area to become lean or the first area to get fat is the midsection (in men and some women) and hips and thighs (in women and few men). Sit-ups, crunches, leg-hip raises, leg raises, hip adduction, hip abduction, etc. will only exercise the muscles under the fat.

To lose weight in the stomach area, the diet should be low glycemic and higher protein. The stomach area always looks a bit "pouchy" unless you cut down those carbs.

Not possible!!!! you will have to do cardio or follow a strict diet. Doing chrunches or situps will not target just the fat on your stomach it will only buff up your abs a little which you will not see because the overlying fat. Cardio/Diet!!!!! will target your whole body which is not a bad thing!!!

Try crutches. Its supposed to work on your abs. Try that to lose fat + gain muscle.
