Gemma is right in that 3500 calories equals a pound, but since you didn't eat breakfast and lunch, your body kicks into "survival mode". It will not burn off anything because it's afraid there won't be anymore. Just like if you don't drink plenty of water, your body will instinctively retain all the water. The more of the right foods you eat, the more you'll lose because your metabolism will kick in continuously burning the fat. All you gave your body was sugar, which will turn to fat.

no. 1200 calories is less than the ammout that your body needs to maintain, so you would actually lose weight. its not wise to eat like you did tho.

also if you eat like this for too long, not getting the minimum calories to maintian, your body will go into starvation mode, and everything you eat will be stored as fat, becasue your body is trying to fuel itself, once in starvation mode it can take years to get out of it,

you may want to re think your plan, because it could make u look a little more fluffy.

Probably because you are slowing your metabolism down by not eating until dinner time, and then eating stuff that is terrible for you. That sounds about as unhealthy as you can get.

yes because you just ate alot of sugar that will be processed into fat if not used. plus if you don't eat your body's metabolism slows causing your body to retain weight because it needs something to live off of.
