Did you ever have a simply awful date that you left early or had a friend call you to help you "escape"? How about a wonderful romantic date that left you with stars in your eyes? I want to hear both. You can say either your worst date, best date or both.

MY WORST DATE WAS WHEN I WAS IN HIGHSCHOOL. THE GUY WAS A SUPER- CUTE HANDSOME DARK-HAIRED GREEN-EYED, TALL, MUSCULAR... LONG STORY SHORT- HE HAD LOOKS THAT WOULD MAKE EVERY WOMAN GO CRAZY! AND THE WAY HE WAS LOOKING AT ME WAS JUST FANTASTICALLY SEXY...!!! WE HAVEN'T SPOKE, WE WOULD LOOK AT EACH OTHER FOR HOURS IN A CLUB WE BOTH USED TO GO WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE. ONE DAY, HE CAME TO ME, ASKED FOR MY PHONE NO AND WE HAD A DATE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I WAS SO EXCITED! WHEN I WENT THERE, HE WAS ALREADY WAITING FOR ME, WINE, CANDLES ETC. THEN HE SPOKE! I WISH HE NEVER HAD! THAT WAS THE DUMBEST CREATURE(I CAN'T EVEN CALL HIM A MAN, COS HE HAD BRAINS NOT MORE THAN A WOODEN STICK) SPOKE ABOUT HIS UNCLE'S MOTORCYCLE, UNCLE'S FRIENDS, UNCLE'S MONEY ALL EVENING, I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A WAY TO ESCAPE! FINALLY I PRETENDED I GOT SICK. HE WALKED ME HOME AND EVEN TRIED TO KISS ME, BUT I LEFT VERY QUICK AND CLOSED THE DOOR. NEVER ANSWERED HIS CALLS AGAIN.
THE BEST DATE I HAD WAS WITH MY HUSBAND. OUR FIRST DATE- A GREAT ITALIAN RESTAURANT, WINE, WE TALKED FOR HOURS AND HOURS! THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN US WAS SO STRONG! THE ATTRACTION EVEN STRONGER! IT WAS THE PERFECT DATE! WE ENDED UP IN HIS ROOM WHERE HE HAD A DOSEN OF RED ROSES, CHAMPAGNE, CHOCOLATE-COVERED CHERRIES AND CHERRY-FLAVOURED CANDLES FOR ME! IT WAS DIVINE!

Worse date involved an ex-girlfriend (or so I thought--but as it turns out the chick had not been informed that the relationship was supposedly over) banging on the door of the guy's house I'd been dating for a month. He seemed so proud of his place and insisted we stop by after dinner so he could show it off. He seemed real surprised when the ex showed up. He went outside to 'deal with her' and I heard yelling and screaming. At the point I heard her yell that I'd better come outside or she'd kill him....I locked them both outside and called a friend to come pick me up. I didn't realize I had panic attacks until that point and couldn't wait to leave those psychos to their own devices. They got married soon after I left him. That was the worst date I've ever had, and I've had a few for the record books.

A guy asked for a date and I showed up at the time. I stayed 3 hrs and left (I was stood up). Later that evening the guy called and chewed me out for not staying an extra 30 minutes. The sad part is the next time he called I went ( I was rebounding). The second date he was acting like a jerk. Checking out girls asking me to try out reviling outfits at the store, giving me pissed off looks when I asked questions. He thought we were official girlfriend and boyfriend. The next time I got my bearings and yelled my head off at him when we call. After I meet and married my Hubby.

It was years ago. My roommate's boyfriend set me up on a blind date (he must have really hated me)..This guy was so unattractive that I didn't want to look directly at him. Not only that, he was arrogant. Bad combination I know. Well we went to the movies. I'm telling you that he was even ugly in the dark. All he would talk about was where he was from, and the girls he dated, the things he HAD, just blah blah blah. At the end of the night, he tried to kiss me, I was like..'dude, I don't kiss or touch on the first date.' Then he left. I made my roommate's boyfriend sign a contract to never set me up on a date again.

i've had some decent dates, but my favorite has got be the worst date ever....a friend of mine bugged the hell out of me to go on a blind date with her bf's friend and eventually i caved.
the guy brought me to a friend of his art show, no dinner, no drinks, nothing but really boring small talk. THEN, on the way home to drop me off, he asked if i would mind stopping somewere and we could grab a cup of coffee, which sounded ok to me so i said sure.
he pulled into a church parking lot, we went inside and sat thru an AA meeting so he could make his ex jealous!!
unbelievable!

I've been on only one date and it sucked. She talked for 99% of the time about meditation, refused coffee and at the end told me she wasn't interested in me.

i went on this date with this hot chick i meet on the beach and she cool.when we went out for a few drinks she couldnt handle it and kept trying to kiss other guys and i was so embrassed i had to call a friend to come and get me and say qick bla bla just fell of his bike so i left her and then she turns up at my place shouting my name so i hid sh went away and no she still gets on my ****

I dont know if you can consider it an date...but i enjoyed if me and my boyfriend just drove around most of the day, we went to eat and seen some friends also....
