I am looking for a good low calorie breakfast cereal, that tastes good. I know many cereals are low calorie to begin with, but I hate how some of the serving sizes are only a half cup or fourth cup. Have you tried any cereals that are low calorie, but are also a full cup serving size? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

A cup of special K red berries is only 150 calories and very tasty! Also, Honey Nut Cheerios are a full cup serving and about the same number of calories. But I prefer the special K. South Beach Diet makes a really good breakfast cereal that is about 110 calories per serving. It's good and I'm not even on the south beach diet.

I swear by Kashi Good Friends Cinna-raisin Crunch or Kashi Go Lean cereals. They are loaded with fiber and relatively low in calories for a full 1 cup serving.

One bowl of Total will give you 100% of the vitamins and minerals you need for the day. Check the side of the box. With low fat milk, it 's not a bad calorie choice. Studies have shown that oatmeal will keep you feeling fuller longer and less hungry two or three hours later. Years ago, my doctor told me not to worry about breakfast calories. But... he told me not to eat anything after 8:00 PM because you won't be burning those calories as quickly as the morning calories. I try to stick with that advice.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMDpl

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Old fashioned oatmeal is what you should be eating if you are looking to fill yourself up, eat healthy, and lose weight. Make it with water, not milk. Add an egg white omelet for protein and that should fuel you for 3 hours about. (You should eat small meals every three hours.)
