I would like a program that saves my screenshots when i take them so i dont have to exit games every 5 minutes to paste and save them, any thing like this?

yes - faststone screen capture is free
http://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm
once installed, select output to file
then in settings, tick the box for "automatic file generation"

specify an output folder eg desktop or C:\Snapshots
specify an output format
now every time you snap, your image is saved directly without any interruption
the best software (not free) is undoubtedly Snagit, which has add-ons for internet explorer and firefox; if you have firefox, the easiest to use screen capture extensions are snapper
