My husband thinks im mad for wanting to be a full time dog walker. I would pack my job in now if I could make money walking dogs. Shame we don't live in the states, we'd probably get clients with dogs over there. If you lived nearer to me i'd ask you to go into business with me, with a pet taxi to transport pets to and from the vets etc .... as you can probably tell, ive never heard of anybody else wanting to do this job aswell as me!!!!

i live in merseyside!! but there is more to dog walking than just walking!! are you insured to do this?? keep it to a family thing at the moment if you can and get more experience! If you like it that much why not make a full time thing of it and do dog sitting/walking! go get yourself insured if not already get the experience you need and off you go! good luck :)

If i lived in merseyside then i would! why dont you put an ad in your local paper? im sure you will get some work that way. Or you can register with NARP which is the official registered petsitters/walkers place and they will forward on people to you!! u just need to fill out an appliaction form i think.

and do you have proper insurance and licences?
What will you do if a couple of them start fighting? What if one of them bites someone while it is in your care? Howabout if it gets off the lead and runs into the road and is hit by a car? I wouldn't trust you with any of my dogs until you had answered these questions.

You might want to post your dog walking services on craigslist.com. I know they have UK section to post up an ad. Maybe you'll get inquiries from there! :)
