Your biggest mistake is believing you will lose much fat with a gimmicky lemonade diet. You are putting your health at risk by depriving your body of the nutrients it requires to effectively lose weight. When that happens, your body's metabolic rate will SLOW DOWN to conserve nutrition and energy. This will obviously defeat your purpose. Also, you cannot achieve tight abs in ten days. It can take up to a month to start noticing a difference from serious exercises and weight training.
I suggest you search online for a new game plan. Learn the effective way to properly diet and exercise.

Well, I don't know about tight abs in 10 days, but if you're looking to improve them, then of course you'll need to do exercises for the abdominals. These can be crunches, sit-ups, "hold-ups" (as I call them), etc. Hold-ups are what I call it when you are on the floor with your forearms supporting you and you lift up so you are just on the forearms and the toes and hold it as long as you can. Works great but is tough!

No, but you might get colon cancer. Only having a bowel movement every ten days is extremely bad for your health. Additionally, eating tuna every day is very bad for you. It contains trace amounts of mercury that can build up in your system. According to the EPA it is not safe to eat more than one can of albacore every 9 days or no more than one can of chunk light every 3 days or you risk mercury poisoning and that is a heck of a lot worse than not having flat abs!

Do crunches, but if done properly you would not be able to even 20. Again if done properly!!! The best way is to lose the fat that covers your abs and this can be done with Cardio thats it.

this is not at all realistic. You have a lot of reading and learning to do about training.
P.S you can't lose weight and gain muscle at the same time
