If u have oily hair it's a good thing. The oils from your hair is good to brush through n naturally oil it.But I would have to say every couple of days n if your not going out leave it for 3 days and brush the oil through it.There is know way to fix damaged hair other then cutting it but u can protect it n your oil is good as well as pantene is good and for hairdryer users thermasilk. Also silk protein is awsome for the hair.Well bye 4 now n have a great new yr.

greasy hair isn't necessarily dull... you should probably wash it more often than every 4 or 5 days... but not everyday even if the label on the shampoo does say it's safe for everyday use... I would say prolly every other day or every third day would be good... that's what I do, but that's mostly cuz I'm lazy, married (so I don't need to impress anyone) and because I put my hair through a lot so I try to let the oils build up a little to help it recover from whatever damage I may have caused it

It really depends on what type of hair you have. I am African American and I my hair type can be washed every two weeks. Because washing it everyday strips away the nutrients and moisture for my hair. This can usually dry the scalp causing to add more moisturizer and conditioner. I do notice that fine to normal hair can be washed everyday. But, if you use allot of mousse, hairspray etc.... you should wash your hair a little more often due to the extra chemicals they may cause flakes and dandruff. Pantene Pro V is a very good line of hair care

It varies from person to person. I wash my hair everyday unless I'm in a very dry climate and then I wash it every other day. I know people who only have to wash their hair 2 or 3 times a week. If it takes 4 or 5 days to get greasy, I think every 3 days would be suffiecient for you.

You should wash it everyday if it is greasy. Don't use too much conditioner as it will cause oiliness. Use it only at the ends of your hair, not on the scalp.
For people who go to work its best to wash their hair everyday or every other day at the least.

I think how often you wash your hair should depend on how dry/oily and how coarse/fine it is. Very dry hair does not need to be washed every day, but very oily hair does. I think coarse hair doesn't need to be washed as often, because the hair shafts don't get weighted down by the oil like very fine hair does. My hair is oily and fine, so I wash it every day. I use a gentle shampoo and conditioner, and don't put anything else on it. It's very shiny with no split ends or flakes.

What is the bio ionic treatment? Never heard of that. I wash my hair usually every other day. In the colder weather, it seems to dry out (it's colored) and is easier to style if I put a day between washing it. In warmer weather, I wash it daily. Four to five days seems a bit too long in between shampoos to me.

well you don't want to wash it too much lets say everyday because that will cause all the work with the products that you are doing to be worthless. So I would say that about every 3 days is good depending on your own activity and whatnot.

They have shampoos specifically designed for oily, damaged, color treated, brunette, blond, etc, so you should be able to find something that will allow you to wash your hair at least every other day. I don't recommend washing it any less than that.

I wash my hair depending on what my activity was. But as a rule, I wash it atleast on the alternate days. I am sure daily will be the best. But as I have long hair, it takes me a while to dry it and style it. Hence I stick to once in 2 days.
