You can go to any US post office to renew your passport. Also go their website http://www.usps.com/ they will have all the information and forms that you need to renew your passport.

There should be a post office near you that will accept your passport application. You can also renew by mail, and that is cheaper. You can apply for passports at most US Post Offices. But if you already have a passport (current or expired) you can renew it by mail.
