Lately, my gf and i always get into arguement because of want her change appearance, attitude, behaviour, take care of health and keep the good body shape and. She said I gave her a lot of presure. Do you people think I wrong or not?

It depends on the approach you took. It sounds like you basically told her to change everything. That can make a person feel very insecure. When you point out people's flaws (or what you perceive as a flaw) without some positive reinforcement, you are just crushing their soul. You have to show genuine concern and use kid gloves. It sounds like this may have come off to her as an all out attack...no one responds well to that.

You can't change anything outside of your skin, so stop trying to change her, instaed you become the person that you want to be maybe she'll follow your lead maybe she won't if she does great if she don't well I guess you'll have another decision to make, mentioning anything only makes the pressure worse, just work on you.

you should not expect your girlfriend to change. she will if she wants to but you asking her to doesn't help anything and doesn't make her want to anymore. you should love your girlfriend for who she is.

it take 1sec to decide to changer ourselves, for others it may takes days, weeks, mths, yrs or never.
