Beautiful and intelligent are both subjective and/or relative terms. Given a choice, intelligence is my first choice and attractive (to me) is a close second.

Because then what she becomes is a double threat, there is nothing stopping her from leaving at anytime. She is intelligent, so she find a job and hold her own. If she is also beautiful means that she can also find another man at anytime maybe someone even better than her previous boyfriend. Men like to feel in control a man with a beautiful and intelligent woman is never in control.

Erm.... why don't men want beauty and intelligence in a partner? Either one of two things have happened. Either you're not intelligent enough to think this question all the way through, or you're vain enough to think yourself beautiful and are clueless why guys are put off by that. Either way, a mirror probably holds the best answer to your question.

What men have you found that don't? In my opinion, as a male, I put a heck of a lot more importance on the intelligent part than on the beautiful part.

It could be they r to intimidating to them or they like having the attention so if the guy is better looking they get the looks n not the girl.Some men can't handle other men looking at there women either.Have a good new yr.

Am not a man but I want to answer that question..I think most guys want a beautiful,smart, intelligent woman..but not smarter than they are..because they don't want to be insult by the woman,However we women need to be a SMART-***...or else they gonna walk over us...like walking on sand..lol..
