Kaluo or Amereto for taste, rum for the kick!

Try this drink out. In the Detroit area, it is known as a "Hummer." It was supposedly invented at the Bayview Yacht Club, but others also take credit:

1 shot Kahlua
1 shot rum
1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
a little milk

Blend and serve.

Then you want a Brandy Alexander, mmmm
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. of half and half
1/2 shot brandy
2 1/2 shots creme de cocoa

Mix well. More liquor may be added for desired taste.
