I almost always speak English but when forced will speak French or German. I learned a fair bit of Italian at one point but I can't come up with Italian even when pressed.

Two. English and Spanish. Spanish, unfortunately, is a handy "must" for anyone who lives in Southern California! Dont beat up the immigrants, I acutally enjoy talking to people in spanish, and find they are much more friendly and helpful when you talk a language "they" are comfortable with.
