what is the safe,and maxium working pressure of a seamless perspex tube,the size is 12 inches long by 3.1/2 inches inside diameta sealed at both ends,filled with compressed air.

I'm sure there must be information available on perspex tubing but without the wall thickness the question would be impossible to answer.

I had a 2 litre coke bottle up to 120 psi no problem.
