For the last two weeks I have been very tired. Christmas I was up later than usual and same with new years but it seems I cant catch up for some reason. Even when I am getting 9 hours of sleep a night it just doesnt seem like enough and I am dragging through the day. Whats wrong here?!

You might not be getting a good sleep, even though it is 9 hours. Do you wake up a lot in the night? Toss and turn?
Also, you may want to reduce your sleep to 8 hours. It could be you are oversleeping. That always makes me feel groggy and tired the next day.
Good luck to you!

If you don't have kids or anything, you might want to try an over the counter sleeping pill (I take half). It will help you get into a deep sleep. You may be groggy the next day but it should help you catch up. If you have other symptoms of illness, you might want to try some Advil or Tylenol or every see your doctor.

The holidays are stressful for many people and can cause you to lose sleep. You should continue to get to bed at a good time and eventually you should recover from this.

sometimes getting too much sleep can make you feel like you need more, just sleep your normal amount and your body will get back on track, but it wouldnt hurt to see if your a little anemic, take some vities, dont forget lots of water

go to sleep at 6 o'clock and sleep until you get your energy. its good to have party's but sleep is good especially when you have a exam on your nose. that what i keep telling my friend, but she just goes to sleep at 9 o'clock and still tired.

Your body just needs to get back into routine and adjust then you will be fine and if not, consult a doctor.
